You know how primer goes on a car first then the real (good) paint goes on. Well if black urethane primer is called primer then can you put a gloss on it or what ever to make it a nice black.Can you paint over black urethane primer and make it shiny?
Since your painting it black already and not a light color it will be very nice and glossy. You will be very pleased with the darkness and glassy appearance.Can you paint over black urethane primer and make it shiny?
you would have to put on several clear coats for it to look good, but it will never look glossy...
