Help! How do I get DRY white primer PAINT out the carpet in my car? Thanks?

Even Latex paint, which is water based, will need to be 'loosened' when it has dried in order to be removed.

Here are 2 companies that sell products that may help you. I'd contact them first and describe to them your particular 'situation'. Be sure you tell them if you have spots, bloches, or whatever. I'd ask about damage/discoloration too. And lastly, see if their product is sold locally.

Unfortunately, you can't unless you use a solvent like acetone. What color is your carpet?
