im painting bathroom cause of paint peeling sanded down the bad areas what type of primer should i put back to feel in the sanded areasPeeling paint in bathroom what primer should i use to feel in places i sanded ?
you won't fill in the imperfections from peeling paint with paint, you'd have to do a light skim coat with joint compound or a lightwieght spackle, as far a primer goes I'd use a quick dry oil like ';Cover Stain'; and I would personally prime the whole ceiling sounds to me you don't or not using a ceiling exhaust fan which leads to this problem. You could also use a special bathroom paint made by Zinseer who also makes the primer I suggest BOTH very good products, good luck Les the painterPeeling paint in bathroom what primer should i use to feel in places i sanded ?
Look for a latex primer that is mildew resistant.
