i was painting my rims and by accident i got some primer over spray on the tire and on some other ones i accidently got black on the tire so what could i use to remove it?Removing primer and paint over spray on tires?

You can try mineral spirits or paint solvent.........next time you paint your rims put a thin coat of vasoline on the tires then the overspray just wipes off.
