How do I remove primer paint from a microsuede couch?

I have a few little sprinkles of primer paint on the couch that I want to get rid of. There is also about a half dollar size drop i guess you could call it on the cushion. I need some quick ideas that wont ruin the cushion anymore! Please help! Thanks =)How do I remove primer paint from a microsuede couch?
Is it latex/water based primer?

If it is, this worked on my microfiber couch:

If the spot is thick enough to be peeled/gently scraped, try to remove as much of it as you can that way (if you can do so without pulling off a layer of fuzz)

Get a bowl of warm water with mild soap (shampoo, woolite or dish soap, you don't need a whole lot, just a few drops)

Use a washcloth/towel (something with a bit of texture to it), dipped in the soap solution and wrung out so the cloth is damp; blot and rub gently, starting from the outside of the stain and working your way in toward the middle. Wipe the same way with a damp cloth without soap. Blot up any excess moisture with another cloth, repeat if needed.

good luck!
