What is the best way to remove dried paint (primer) from hardwood floors?

I just put in hardwood floors in my house and you can use mineral spirits on a rag. That is the best for the floors and won't ruin the finish. Is the floor finished or unfinished? Painted or clear varnish?Almost any solvent you use will soften or strip paint or clear varnish. You can sand the area(s) or use a paint stripper. I would try using a heat gun and scraper and be careful not to gouge the floor
Dab some turpentine / nail polish remover on to a piece of cloth and wipe on the dried paint area.
